Happy New Year everybody!
This 2017 has reserved us a new Rainbow of magical shades.
Fist of them all is Greenery: Greenery, is a revitalizing and fresh zesty yellow-green shade that represents the 2017 and is symbolic of new beginnings. It’s a nature neutral color, is delicate and relaxing, as we hope this year is going to be.
But what about the other fashion colors for this spring?
Yellow has clearly made its return and same for some particular blue shades. Nude colors confirm themselves also in this spring color report. Here are the exact shades you are going to see worn on the catwalks:
PANTONE 13-0755 Primrose Yellow
By contrast, Primrose Yellow sparkles with heat and vitality. Inviting us into its instant warmth, this joyful yellow shade takes us to a destination marked by enthusiasm, good cheer and sunny days. (-Pantone)
These days, yellow is already trending specially on social networks like Instagram. This warm shade is perfect for a satin long dress, like the ones seen worn by Emily Ratajkowskij at the Golden Globes, or the one made by the famous photographer Nima Benati, that published her creation on her Instagram account. Last but not least, how not to mention one of the most famous fairy dresses we have loved since we were child? How many of you can remember the gorgeous Yellow dress worn in the Beauty and The Beast? For some of us it was the dress of our childhood dreams…
Beauty and The Beast

Continuing the tranquil mood, Pale Dogwood is a quiet and peaceful pink shade that engenders an aura of innocence and purity. The unobtrusive Pale Dogwood is a subtle pink whose soft touch infuses a healthy glow. (-Pantone)
A soft color full of grace and elegance. Often matched in the nude palettes with beige nuances, it’s the perfect shade for the tulle fabric. Pale Dogwood is a timeless shade.
PANTONE 14-1315 Hazelnut
Rounding out the spring 2017 colors is Hazelnut, a key neutral for spring. This shade brings to mind a natural earthiness. Unpretentious and with an inherent warmth, Hazelnut is a transitional color that effortlessly connects the seasons. (-Pantone)
I don’t know what you think, but this shade makes me literally hungry. It reminds me too much of the hazelnut ice cream ( which I adore). Plus, it’s perfect in any combination.
PANTONE 14-4620 Island Paradise
Island Paradise is a refreshing aqua that calls to mind a change of scenery. A cool blue green shade that speaks to our dream of the great escape, Island Paradise is emblematic of tropical settings and our desire to unwind. (-Pantone)
One of my favorites of the season! Absolutely fabulous and a novelty if used for a night event as the blogger Chiara Ferragni did at Golden Globes. But Island Paradise reminds me also of another fairy dress of my childhood.. Can’t you figure out which one? Scroll down to be surprised..

A red-based orange, Flame, is gregarious and fun loving. Flamboyant and vivacious, this wonderfully theatrical shade adds fiery heat to the spring 2017 palette. (-Pantone)
